EVENT SEASON: We host events from the beginning of March to the end of December. We are closed from mid-January through the end of February for events.

SMALL EVENTS (showers, graduation parties, ceremony/reception only, etc): We rent out by the day, regardless of event size or type.

WEDDING PHOTOSHOOTS: Rivercrest Farm is a private home and farm. The grounds are unavailable for photoshoots (maternity, engagement, family portraits, prom pictures, etc) except for engagement portraits of booked Rivercrest Farm couples. We do accept a very select amount of styled shoots/editorials by wedding professionals per year. Inquire on our contact page if you are a professional interested in booking a styled shoot/editorial with us!

  • 14 hours of exclusive venue use (9am to 11pm)

  • Reception barn for dinner and dancing

    • Mother-daughter team with 40 years/15 years of event experience

    • Meeting with you eight weeks prior to review details of the day and table setup instructions

    • Welcoming your vendors on the day of

    • Setup of tables, chairs, place settings, help with decor

    • Trash facilities onsite for vendors

    • Onsite parking with pre-ceremony attendant

    • Cleanup and teardown of tables, chairs, trash
